We are very well equipped with portable equipments, so we can bore holes with precision and insert our top quality sleeves. This process is very reliable. We are so confident in our work that the warranty on material defect is two years, we can bore and sleeve stations separately or a complete turret on site .We can also make all adjustments on both, lower an upper turret chains so the turrets will engage at the right position. All major problems with the auto-index stations can be repair. All lifter springs and worn keys will be replaced if required. Because we are a service company and we have the complete knowledge of your machine we can combine this service with other repairs .
Our sleeving Technique is so precise, we will remove all the die holder from the lower turret, bore the upper stations, clean both turrets, install all the sleeves , reassemble the die holder and perform the alignment .All that in a maximum of 3 good days of work.
Special application. We bored this 3 1/2 station and put custom tight fit sleeve with flange for customer who are punching with a die .002 of clearance.
