Through the years we have developped the best technique in te way to repair and fine tune the auto-index station. From two to four auto-index turret we will give the exact time required to be repaired .
We are using electronic line up tools to get better precision. The tri-color LED indicator light will glow green to confirm accurate concentric and angular alignment of the tool station.
Red Engaged, but not aligned
Yellow Angularity and concentricity within 0.0012(0.030) - adequate for most punching applications.
Green Angularity and concentricity within 0.0003(0.008)- recommended for 0.048(1.20) material thickness or less.
